以钛酸异丁酯为先驱物,乙二醇甲醚为溶剂,羟基纤维素(HPC)为添加剂,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了厚度在270 nm~420 nm的多孔TiO2薄膜.重点研究了薄膜微观形貌与热处理时间的关系,并对薄膜的截面电阻率进行了研究.在二次热处理温度550℃下处理60 min下得到多孔、厚度最大,截面电阻率最小的TiO2薄膜.
