利用化学分析、SEM、XRD等手段,的型水泥干法窑筒体锈片进行了分析,结果表明,有害组分碱、氯、硫等可通过砖及水泥到达筒体进行腐蚀,而且腐蚀是在氯盐催化的硫腐蚀和锈蚀的结果。

The rust layers of the tube body in a new cement dry kiln were analysed by means of chemical analysis, SEM, XRD and so on. The results showed that the tube body was corroded by the harmful elements of soad, chlorine, sulphur etc. , which penetrated through brick and fire loam onto the tube body. The corrosion was the result of sulphur at- tack and was catalyzed by colorine salt.
