本文主要研究了钢包底吹氩对Cr20Ni35合金中非金属夹杂物的影响.通过研究发现,吹入氩气流量为3L/min,吹氩时间控制在1.5min的精炼工艺可以降低产品中非金属夹杂物的总含量;减小夹杂物的尺寸;改善夹杂物的形貌.通过吹氩工艺生产的合金线材中长条状及带有突出锐角的夹杂物明显减少,夹杂物多为块状、球形.钢包底吹氩工艺生产的合金强度也得到了提高.

Influence of bottom blowing argon on the nonmetallic inclusions in the Cr20Ni35 alloys was studied. The results show that when the flow rate of blowing argon is 3 L/min and the blowing time keeps at 1.5 min, the total content of the nonmetallic inclusions reduces, the size of the inclusions obviously reduces, and the morphology of the inclusions also changes from the shape of strip with acute angle to the shape of lump, sphericity. With the inclusions changes, the strength is enhanced.
