应用LS-DYNA显式动力分析有限元程序,采用流固耦合方法,对井字形网栅切割式MEFP的形成过程进行数值模拟。计算分析了网栅间距、网栅密度、药型罩曲率半径3种因素对MEFP发散角的影响规律。结果表明:随着网栅间距的增大、网栅密度和药型罩曲率半径的减小,破片的发散角逐渐减小。在此基础上以破片发散角为指标,应用正交优化方法分析研究3种因素对破片发散角影响的主次关系。结果表明,药型罩曲率半径是主要影响因素,并得到了3种因素各水平的最优组合。

Numerical simulation of the forming process of the #-shaped MEFP was carried out with the ALE method using LS-DYNA,and the influence law of the cutting reseau distance,density,curvature radius of the liner on radial dispersion angle was analyzed. The result shows that with the increase of cutting reseau distance,and the decrease of cutting reseau density and curvature radius of the liner,the radial dispersion angle of fragments reduces gradually. With radial dispersion angle of fragments as index,orthogonal optimization method was applied to analyze the primary and secondary relations of the three influencing factors on the radial dispersion angle of MEFP. The results indicate that the curvature radius of the liner is the main influencing factor,and an optimum combination of every level of three factors is obtained.
