在肘杆式、液压直压式、伺服电机直压式三种注塑机锁模机构优缺点基础上提出了利用金属材料热胀冷缩性质实现模具锁紧的锁模系统。分别从材料选择、加热及冷却过程等方面对该系统进行了理论计算,最后利用ANSYS10.0有限元分析软件对该系统在特定工况下的工作性能进行了全真模拟分析。结果表明,该锁模系统是一种精密、稳定、安全、无污染、快速高效的锁模系统。

A clamping system based on thermal expansion of metals was developed based on the characteristics and disadvantages of elbow bar-type,hydraulic direct compressed and servo motor direct compressed clamping systems for injection machine.The material performance,heating and cooling process and their efficiency of this clamping system were calculated.And then the working performance of this clamping system on specific operating condition was simulated with Finite Element Analysis software ANSYS 10.0.It proved this new mechanism to be an accurate,stable,safe,pollution-free,rapid and efficient clamping mechanism.
