研究了预先净化处理对于非晶态合金的热稳定性的影响。DSC示差热分析结果表明,(Ni_(0.53)Fe_(0.33)Co_(0.14))_(73)B_(17)Si_8Nb_2非晶态合金本身具有较高的热稳定性。净化使该性能进一步提高,并保证较大体积的非晶态合金保持一定的热稳定性。证明了深过冷快淬工艺是制取大体积非晶态合金并提高其使用性能的有效方法。
DSC result indicated that the thermal stability of amorphous (Ni0.53,Fe0.33,Co0.14)73B17Si8Nb2 alloy could be increased further with the pre-denucleation of the melts. Denucleation enables the thicker amorphous stripes to possess higher degree of thermal stability. The rapidly quenching of the denucleated melts is effective for preparing bulk amorphous alloy and improving its property of application.
