磷酸镁水泥(MPC)是一种新型的早强快硬胶凝材料,可以作为修补材料应用于工程修补中.本文采用死烧MgO和磷酸二氢钾为主要原料,按照一定配比制备出新型早强快凝磷酸镁水泥,并掺加一定量的粉煤灰,进行了力学性能测试,并采用X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜、孔结构分析等分析方法对水化产物进行了分析.研究结果表明,粉煤灰可以有效提高后期强度,掺加30~40%的粉煤灰效果最好.该体系水化产物主要是一水磷酸镁钾晶体以及一些无定形物质.
