以表面活性剂CTAB为模板,将TEOS与APTES以一定的比例混合,自组装共聚合成出有序介孔氧化硅薄膜,并采用XRD、FTIR、TEM、TGA及N2吸附等手段对PMO薄膜进行了表征,结果表明,当APTES/(TEOS+APTES)比例为0.10时,介孔薄膜有序性最好,平均孔径为2.16 nm,比表面积达到1060 m2/g,孔容积达到0.76 cm3/g.
Periodic mesoporous organosilica thin films were synthesized by self-assembly co-condensation of tetraethoxy silane(TEOS)and aminopropyltriethoxysiliane(APTES)precursors in various ratios,in the presence of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)acting as the structure-directing agent.The PMO thin films were characterized by small-angle X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),transmission electron microscope(TEM),thermogravimetric anaysis(TGA),and N2 adsorption.Results show that when the APTES/(TEOS+APTES)ratio was 0.10.the mesoporous organosilica thin film had high degree of order,an average pore size of 2.16 nm,a large BET specific surface area of 1060 m2/g and a large pore volume of 0.76 cm3/g.
