6T超导Wiggler磁体是合肥国家同步辐射加速器的重要部件,于1998年调试成功.目前,发现超导Wig—gler磁体系统液氦消耗量大幅增加,预冷时间大幅度延长.因此有必要对超导Wiggler磁体系统进行改造,设计超导Wiggler磁体的液氦零挥发系统,以减少液氦的消耗,降低运行费用,同时通过实验评估4KGM制冷机工作时振动对超导Wiggler磁体的影响.

A 6 Tesla superconducting Wiggler magnet is an important equipment of the Hefei National Synchrotron Radiation Accelerator which has been commissioned in 1998. Now, we find the precooling process need more time and liquid helium consumption has been increased, so we have to upgrade the superconducting wiggler magnet system. Zero boil-off system of the superconducting wiggler magnet is designed to reduce liquid helium consumption. The vibration assessment experiments of the superconducting Wiggler magnet are detailed.
