弧半径较小、矫直段较长的连铸机采用康卡斯特方程描述理想矫直曲线会产生较大的计算误差,在矫直曲线起始点会发生曲率的突变。本文编写了基于泰勒级数方程的计算理想矫直曲线的可视化程序。在实践中,运用该程序进行计算不但可以控制误差,而且可以方便的得到理想矫直曲线任一点的坐标值和法线斜率。
The bigger tolerance and curvature mutation are caused when CONCAST equation is used to describe ideal straightening curve of continuous casting machine with smaller arc radius and longer straightening curve. A viewable program is compiled based on Thaler series equation in this thesis. In practice, the controlled tolerance, easy getting of coordinate values and normal’s slopes is due to this program’s usage.
