为降低钢球磨煤机在运行过程中筒体产生的噪声,提出将泡沫铝用于球磨机筒体,依据原有结构设计了泡沫铝层合结构筒体,用声学软件Virtual.Lab对两种筒体内的声场进行声学边界元分析,得出两种结构筒体内壁声压分布图并进行比较。结果表明,泡沫铝层合结构筒体在降噪方面优越于原型筒体。
In order to reduce the vibration noise in steel ball mill coal pulverizer cylinder,the foam aluminum was used for pulverizer cylinder. Cylinder with foam aluminum sandwich structure was designed on the basis of the prototype structure,and the boundary element analysis of acoustic field with two kinds of structure was analyzed the software Virtual. The sound pressure distribution map for two kinds of structure was obtained. The results show that the foam aluminum laminated structure cylinder is better in noise reduction than the prototype cylinder.
