以生物医用球形雾化钛粉为原料,聚氨酯泡沫为模板,利用放电等离子烧结法成功制备出了三维连通的多孔钛.采用XRD、SEM和压缩实验分别对样品的相组成、微观形貌和力学性能进行了分析,结果表明,该方法制备的多孔钛成分纯净,其孔径为100~500μm,孔隙率为72.5%~83%,抗压强度为10.3~51.8MPa,弹性模量为0.32~1.25GPa,和网状质骨的力学性能相近.经类骨磷灰石沉积实验显示,该多孔钛具有良好的生物活性.
Three-dimensional connective porous titanium was prepared by spark plasma sintering, using biomedical atomized spherical Ti powder as raw material and polyurethane foam as a template. Then the samples were tested by XRD, SEM, and compression experiments machine. The results showed that the porous samples were pure titanium and their pore sizes were in the range of 100-500μm, with their porosities in the range of 72. 5%-83%. The compressive strength and elastic modulus were in the range of 10. 3-51. 8MPa and 0. 32-1. 25GPa, respectively. These values were similar to reticular bone. The experiment of bone-phosphate deposition showed that the porous titanium was bioactive.
