聚轮烷是一类含有多个环状分子,并且由大体积的基团封端而形成的内锁型主客体超分子体系.近年来,由于具有比较大的分子内腔、价格相对便宜,以及无毒和较好的生物相客性,环糊精已经成为应用最广泛的聚轮烷主体分子.笔者结合自己的研究体会,主要介绍了环糊精聚轮烷的合成方法及环糊精与聚合物的包结作用,并对这一领域未来的发展趋势进行了展望.
