对常规轧制和交叉轧制时变形区金属流动特性进行了理论分析,并在二辊冷轧机上进行了试验。结果表明:非对称交叉轧制时,前滑值随交叉角增大而增加。为计算连轧秒流量、张力和轧制压力等参数提供了依据。

The metal fluidity in deformed rigion was stutied by comparing commen rolling with cross rolling and experied with two-high cold rolling mill. The result showed that the forward slid value increase with cross angle increment under non-cross rolling. It aids to compute flow ratio, fension and rolling force between stands during continuous rolling.
