将3Y-TZP牙科氧化锆陶瓷表面经打磨、氧化铝喷砂、抛光、模拟烤瓷烧结循环及退火处理,观察表面处理对氧化锆陶瓷材料表面显微结构及相结构的影响.结果表明:打磨、喷砂和抛光均使氧化锆表面相变而产生压应力层,模拟烤瓷烧结循环及退火处理可促使相变逆转,退火处理使逆转更加彻底.打磨产生的微裂纹不能被抛光处理去除,喷砂能使表面均匀.临床应尽可能避免对氧化锆表面的打磨调整,表面处理后最好采用热处理使表面相变逆转.

The purpose of this study was to observe the influence of different surface treatments, namely surface grinding, polishing, alumina abrasion, simulating dental porcelain firing and annealing on the microstructural and crystallographic changes of dental 3Y-TZP ceramics. The results demonstrated that grinding, polishing, alumina abrasion promoted t to m phase transformation on the surfaces which generated a transformation compressive stress, while simulating dental porcelain firing and annealing reversed m to t transformation, especially in annealing procedure. Microcracks generated by grinding could not be removed by polishing, while sandblasting could obtain more even surfaces. Clinical grinding should be avoided, if any, should be heat treated.
