通过调整摩擦材料基础配方’中硫化锑的含量,采用直接混合工艺制备出不同组分的摩擦材料;对其进行了摩擦磨损试验,并观察了磨损表面形貌,分析了其磨损机制。结果表明:硫化锑的加入对材料摩擦学性能有很明显的改善;当硫化锑质量分数为49/5时,摩擦材料的摩擦因数稳定性、恢复性和磨损率都为最佳,较基础配方其摩擦因数稳定性提高了10%,350℃时高温的磨损率下降了22%;其磨损机制从未加入硫化锑时的粘着磨损转变为轻微的磨粒磨损。

By changing the content of antimony sulfide(Sb2Sa ) based on the basic formula, the friction materials with different composite were prepared by directly mixed process. The friction and wear test were completed and wear morphology was observed, and the wear mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the tribology properties were obviously improved by antimony sulfide. When the content of antimony sulfide was 4wt%, the stability of friction coefficient, the property of recovery and the wear rate were the best. Compared with the basic formula, the stability of friction coefficient was increased by 10%, and the wear rate was decreased by 22% at 350 ℃. The wear mechanism changed from adhesive wear of without antimony sulfide to slight abrasion wear.
