为提高P20B钢的淬透性,通过端淬试验研究了硼含量及奥氏体化温度对P20B钢淬透性的影响。结果表明,当硼含量在0000 9%~0002 3%范围时,P20B钢的淬透性得到提高;当硼含量超过0004 0%时,P20B钢的淬透性反而下降。奥氏体化温度在820~920 ℃范围时,随温度升高,P20B钢的淬透性显著提高。
In order to improve the hardenability of P20B steel, Jominy tests were conducted and the influence of the boron content and austenitic temperature on the hardenability of P20B steel was studied. The results showed that the hardenability of P20B steel was improved when the content of boron was in the range of 0000 9% to 0002 3%. But when the content of boron had exceeded 0004 0%, the hardenability of P20B steel couldn′t be improved any more. In the range of 820 ℃ to 920 ℃, the hardenability of P20B steel increased with the increase of the austenitic temperature.
