以小型燃气轮机为研究对象,针对热端部件涡轮通过固壁向压气机传热,建立了压气机和涡轮非绝热运行工况热力学模型.基于一定假设,提出不同的效率定义式,并分析了影响各种效率改变的因素及变化趋势,发现测量效率不能准确反映部件的实际气动能力,它对压气机和涡轮传热效率的估计均存在偏差.进一步从热力循环角度研究了热量传递如何改变整机系统实际出功量和效率,结果表明不同的热量传递方式以及压比温比的改变都会对系统性能造成不同程度的影响.

A thermodynamic model of a non-adiabatic small gas turbine was built for heat transfer from a hot turbine to a compressor through the solid wall.Based on certain assumptions,different definitions of efficiencies were proposed.The factors which impact these efficiencies and their changes were investigated,and a conclusion was made,that is the efficiency of measurement can not accurately reflect the actual capacity of pneumatic,which cause deviations in heat efficiencies in the compressor and turbine.k-hrthermore from the point of a thermodynamic cycle,the ways that heat transfer changes the output power and the efficiencies were investigated.The results showed that heat transfer in different ways,as well as the changes in pressure ratio or temperature ratio influence system performance to varying degrees.
