研究了氧化铝-硅溶胶基质料浆的流变性能,研究结果表明,Al_2O_3微粉种类影响料浆稳定性.在碱性条件下,料浆的ξ电位变大,稳定性增强.加入合适的分散剂能显著降低料浆的粘度.在以上研究基础上,以矾土电熔刚玉为骨料、白刚玉和活性氧化铝为细粉,制备了硅溶胶结合刚玉质耐火浇注料.硅溶胶结合刚玉浇注料具有良好的流动性和常温强度,其高温热态抗折强度高于水泥结合刚玉浇注料.

The influence of additives and α-Al_2O_3 micropowders type on the rheological properties of Al_2O_3-silica sol matrix slurry were firstly studied. The results showed that Zeta potential value of silica sol-dispersed alumina slurry with citric acid can be increased, and the viscosity decreased. The types of α-Al_2O_3 micropowders also have effect on Zeta potential value of matrix slurry. Based on the above research, silica sol bonded corundum castable have been prepared using electrical fused bauxite corundum as aggregates and white corundum and α-Al_2O_3 micropowders as matrix materials. This kind of refractory castables have good flow characteristics and excellent mechanical properties, and their hot rupture strength is better than that of ultra-low cement bonded corundum castables.
