为进一步降低高炉原料成本,缓解烧结矿资源紧缺的矛盾,济钢1号1750 m3高炉针对自身工艺及装备条件,开发出小粒度烧结矿(3~5 mm)入炉技术。应用实践表明,高炉状况良好,各项经济技术指标均有所改善,同时为稳定操作炉型和保护炉体冷却设备创造了优良的条件。

In order to reduce cost of raw materials and relieve sinter supply, according to technology and equipment conditions,a charging technology for smallsized sinters (3~5mm)was developed on No.1 1750 m3 BF at Ji’nan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,The technology was adopted from March to August in 2005 and it was proved that the BF operation and indexes were improved. At the same time the conditions of stabilizing furnace profile and protecting cooling equipment were provided.
