优化高炉结构的目的是使不断变化的炉料结构更加趋于合理化,是一项广泛应用在炼铁生产中重要的技术方法,具有稳定炉况、保质增产、降低成本等优点。唐钢炼铁南区3 200m3高炉于2010年在保证炉况稳定的前提下,通过调整入炉矿结构,采取合理的技术操作措施,不仅优化了入炉矿结构,同时还改善了入炉自产烧结矿的性能,在取得较好的技术经济指标的基础上,通过降低入炉矿的成本,为生铁成本的降低打下良好的基础。自从优化结构以来,入炉矿的价格逐月由861.51元/t降至846.82元/t。
For the purpose of rational burden design, optimization of burden design, which have such advantages as steady of furnace condition, improvement of productivity with good technical and economic target and low cost, is one of important techniques for BF ironmaking process. Through adjusting burden design which can not only opti- mize the burden design, but also improve the performance of sinter and adopting the rational technical operation, the good technical and economic effect was obtained under steady furnace conditions. And reduction cost of charge was helpful to decrease the cost of hot metal. The cost of charge was decreased from 861.51 RMB/t to 846.82 RMB/t month by month.
