采用Gleeble-3500模拟试验机、金相显微镜和扫描电镜研究了两种含铬微合金高碳重载车轮钢的连续冷却组织转变规律,分析了冷速对组织及性能的影响。试验结果表明,铬元素含量高的高碳重载车轮钢的临界冷却速度低,淬透性高,珠光体域和珠光体片层间距小,洛氏硬度高;冷速为5.0、8.0、10.0℃/s时有少量的贝氏体和针状铁素体出现,且它们的体积分数随铬含量的增加而增加。

The microstructure transformation of two chromic-microalloyed high carbon steels during continuous cooling process were simulated on Gleeble-3500 thermomechanical simulator.The microstructure evolution of the two steels were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the higher chromium steel has lower critical cooling rate,higher hardenability,smaller pearlite colony size,pearlite lamellar spacing and higher Rockwell Hardness.At cooling speed of 5.0,8.0 and 10.0 ℃/s,there are a small amount of bainite and acicular ferrite appeared and more in the higher chromium steel.
