利用预涂Si粉对Ti-6Al-4V合金进行激光表面合金化,制得以初生及共晶金属间化合物Ti5Si3为增强相的快速凝固"原位"耐磨复合材料表面改性层,研究了激光表面合金化Ti5Si3/β-Ti耐磨复合材料表面改性层的显微组织及其在干滑动磨损及二体磨料磨损条件下的耐磨性能.结果表明:利用Si粉对Ti-6Al-4V合金进行激光表面合金化处理后,合金层硬度及耐磨性大幅度提高.
