基于英国剑桥大学的多通道流变仪(Multipass Rheometer),研制了一款塑料振动加工与样品成型检测一体化试验机.该试验机将振动等物理场作用与模具成型相结合,集剪切、加压、振动以及样品加工成型检测功能于一体,可直接在线监测聚合物相转变过程并成型得到检测试样,可实现多种实验功能.在试验机的基础上,研究了在连续型稳态流变测量模式下,低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)在不同频率(0Hz,1.6Hz,6.5Hz,10 Hz和12.2 Hz)的振动场作用后的流变特性,通过比较发现,在相同的塑化温度下,振动场作用加速了LDPE熔体的剪切变稀过程,其影响程度随振动频率的增大而增大.该仪器可用于多元场量作用下聚合物体系及各类混合物的加工性能与工艺条件之间影响规律的研究.
