本文探讨了Ti对Al-Si合金快速凝固组织特征的影响,结果表明,Ti引入Al-Si合金以后,降低了合金的过冷能力,使合金在较小的初始过冷度下即开始凝固,从而使合金快速凝固条带的起始凝固组织粗化,胞晶间Si的偏析程度加剧。
An addition of Ti as alloying element to Al--Si binary alloy will reducethe undercooling--ability on rapid solidification of the melt--spun ribbon. Themicrostructure will be encoarsened even at inititation of its solidification, so as to ag-gravate the cellular segregation of Si in the alloy ribbon.
