研究了合成CaCu3Ti4O12巨介电响应氧化物的固相反应.用X射线衍射跟踪反应进程.该反应以CaTiO3为中间产物.两步合成工艺可以降低完全反应所需温度,并可在不超过1000℃下合成单相CaCu3Ti4O12.通过引入过量CuO,进一步提高了介电常数,降低了介电损耗.在1080℃下烧成的CuO过量4mol%的陶瓷试样,相对介电常数为29000,损耗角正切值为0.06(1kHz).
