随着汽车轻量化的发展,对增强子午线轮胎钢帘线用钢丝的强度要求不断提高.目前,4000MPa级子午线轮胎钢帘线用钢丝已经商业化并成为强度最高的工业材料.介绍了子午线轮胎钢帘线用钢丝的极限强度强化方法、强化机理以及在拉拔变形过程中的组织演变,还介绍了其微观组织控制技术和通过二次加工改善子午线轮胎钢帘线用钢丝延性的技术.
