通过表面高能喷丸(HESP)在Al-Zn-Mg合金表层形成等轴、随机取向的纳米晶粒,最小晶粒平均尺寸约为20 nm.表面层微观结构随距离表面深度的增加呈梯度变化,表面层依次可分为:纳米晶层(0~20 μm)、亚微米晶层(20~50μm)、过渡层(50~100 μm).随着距离表面深度的增加,纳米晶(NC)、亚晶(SMC)、位错胞(DC)的尺寸逐渐增大,微观结构从表层等轴状的纳米晶粒,过渡到亚表面层的亚晶粒或亚晶粒与位错胞共存.
