在工业Al-5Ti-1B中间合金的重熔稀释过程中添加稀土元素,采用光学显微镜观察了Al3 Ti相的分布和形貌,并用能谱仪进行了微区线扫描成分分析.结果表明,在900℃时加入稀土可明显改善Al3Ti相的形貌,并改善Al3Ti颗粒在金属基体上的分布,在850℃时加入稀土会产生少量的针状Al3Ti相,而在950℃时加入稀土,Al3Ti相则全部为针状;同时,通过线扫描分析发现,稀土元素包覆在Al3Ti周围,阻止了Al3Ti相的长大,细化了Al3Ti的尺寸.
The variation of the shape and distribution of Al3Ti phase by adding rare earth(RE) into Al-5Ti-1B alloy during the remelting process is studied. The results indicate that the RE added at 900℃ can improve the shape of Al3Ti phase and the distribution of Al3Ti particles in the metallic matrix, the microstructure characteristics of Al3Ti and the effect of rare earth element on Al3Ti are investigated by means of optical microscopy(OM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) line scanning. Meanwhile, rare earth element packages around Al3Ti prevent Al3Ti growing up, then this contributes to reducing the size of Al3 Ti particles.
