通过气相吸附法制备吸附不同锌含量的焦炭试样,并对吸附锌的焦炭的反应性进行了检测。研究结果表明:1000℃条件下焦炭锌的吸附量最大。锌的吸附不仅发生在焦炭表面,还进入焦炭内部;锌对焦炭的溶损反应具有正催化作用。随着锌吸附量的加大,焦炭的反应性增强。

The coke sample with different zinc content, whose reactivity index was tested, was prepared by adsorption method. The results show that zinc adsorption at 1000℃ is the highest. Zinc can be captured not only on the surface but also inside coke. Zinc can be a catalyst during loss reaction of coke. Furthermore, the reactivity index of coke will increase with increase of captured zinc in coke.
