聚合物共混炭化法有望成为一种能够对炭材料孔径进行精细控制的方法.该方法利用两种热稳定性不同、可形成相分离结构的聚合物共混炭化,热稳定性高的聚合物经过高温炭化成为炭基体,热稳定性差的聚合物则在热处理过程中分解气化,并在炭化产物中留下孔隙结构.综述了聚合物共混炭化法制备多孔炭材料的原理、方法、研究现状及最新进展,并指出共混聚合物分相相畴的控制和炭化过程中孔结构的控制是该法所存在的主要问题.
