研究了四针状ZnO晶须改性处理及其多种树脂基复合材料,包括增强与耐磨防滑橡胶复合材料、吸波隐身涂料、抗静电塑料与涂料以及抗菌高分子材料等.结果表明,适当表面处理的T-ZnOw对橡胶和塑料等复合材料具有良好的各向同性增强作用,并能显著提高橡胶的耐磨性能;通过掺杂和纳米材料改性T-ZnOw制备的雷达吸波涂料具有良好的轻质、高效、多频谱隐身性能,已在多种国防装备上获得应用;添加3%~5%(vol)左右T-ZnOw的PVC塑料和PU涂料,电阻率为106~109 Ω·cm,满足抗静电需要;控制制备的T-ZnOw具有优异的抗菌性能,其抗菌率达到99%以上,并具有高效分解甲醛等有害有机物的作用;分析和讨论了T-ZnOw增强改性、耐磨防滑、吸波隐身、抗菌和抗静电机理.
