为了提高Ni-P镀层的耐腐蚀和抗氧化性能,在化学镀镍液中加入铼元素.采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、能谱等手段,对Q235钢上制备的Ni-P和Ni-Re-P化学镀层的表面形貌、组织结构和成分进行了分析.通过电化学测试技术(包括极化曲线及电化学阻抗谱)和等温增重法分别研究了添加Re前后化学镀镍层的耐蚀性及抗氧化行为.结果表明,与Ni-P镀层相比,Ni-Re-P镀层的极化电阻增大,腐蚀电流密度减小,氧化增重明显降低,其耐蚀性和抗氧化性能得到了提高.
