无机/无机核壳(记为"核@壳")纳米复合粒子具有许多不同于单组分胶体粒子独特的光、电、磁、催化等物理与化学性质.介绍了无机/无机核壳纳米复合粒子的4种主要形式:金属/半导体、金属/金属、半导体/半导体和半导体/金属型,详细讨论了金属/半导体型复合粒子的制备方法以及如何控制壳厚的完整性和均匀性,同时评述了这些形式及方法的适用性、优缺点,并展望了其前景.
