根据梯度钎料钎焊温度范围、液相线温度差等技术要求,进行了梯度钎料合金体系的选择、熔化温度及钎焊温度范围的设计,通过对选择的梯度钎料进行熔化温度测试,在母材无氧铜上的润湿铺展性试验、清洁性及溅散性等试验,初步验证了不同牌号的 Ag-Cu-Pd 系合金满足二、三级梯度钎料的设计要求,所选的一级钎料 AgZr 合金性能较差,不能满足一级钎料的设计要求,所以尽快研制一级钎料是下一步工作的重点。

According to the requirements of brazing temperature range and liquid phase line temperature, the selection of alloys composition and the design of melting and brazing temperature were carried out. The testing for melting temperature of gradient brazier and the experiments of wettability, spreadability and sputter cleaning performance were made on oxygen-free copper base metal. The designed requirements for the 2nd and 3rd grade brazier were met with the different Ag-Cu-Pd alloys. The 1st grade brazier chosen from AgZr alloys which had bad performance was not suitable for the design. Therefore, the first grade brazier should be researched as soon as possible for the further step important work.
