对细粉碎后贫瘦煤,与气肥煤、肥煤、1/3焦煤及焦煤按重量比1:1 进行配伍共结焦实验。研究结果表明:在保证焦炭质量的前提下,要提高贫瘦煤的配入量,必须有充足的肥煤和气肥煤配入量,适度限制焦煤和1/3焦煤的配入量;1/3焦煤在结焦过程中的膨胀性和流动性远远低于气肥煤和肥煤,因此其与贫瘦煤共结焦结果不同于常规的结焦机理。
