以硝酸铅、硝酸钛、硝酸锆和柠檬酸为原料,采用自燃烧方法合成了具有钙钛矿结构的PZT纳米晶,研究了溶胶-凝胶过程中柠檬酸的加入量、pH值、凝胶形成温度等条件对凝胶均匀性的影响,以及柠檬酸与金属离子的摩尔比C/M及氧化度Q对体系所能达到的最高温度和合成的纳米晶粒度的影响.
