本文使用Flotherm商业软件对无风扇冷却的超薄液晶电视进行了数值建模,通过与红外测试以及恒温恒湿箱测试的对比,验证了数值计算的可靠性,获得了对超薄液晶电视内部器件布置、通风口结构以及器件参数等热设计优化问题的有力工具.

The simulation model of LCD TV fan-less cooling was built by using commercial software FLOTHERM,and the simulated results were validated by IR and chamber thermal tests.Therefore,one powerful tool for predicting the thermal performance of LCD TV was obtained,and further optimizations of the layout of the chips,the location of intakes and some other parameters could be made.
