在液相中合成了邻苯二甲酸铽发光配合物. 通过元素分析、滴定分析、红外光谱(FTIR)分析, 确定其化学组成为Tb2L3·6H2O. 热分析(TG-DTA)结果表明配合物在317 ℃以下稳定性较好. X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电镜分析(SEM)结果表明配合物为块状晶体物质, 晶粒大小为1~2 μm. 荧光光谱分析(PL)结果表明配合物在紫外光的激发下发出铽的特征荧光. 将制得的发光配合物与粘胶纤维作用, 在一定的条件下, 采用酸浴湿法纺丝, 制得稀土发光粘胶纤维. 对所得的发光纤维进行荧光光谱测试. 实验结果表明, 在紫外光270 nm的激发下, 发射峰位于540 nm附近. 它归属于5D4→7F5跃迁, 是Tb3+的特征绿色发光, 与配合物的光谱极为相似. 漫反射光谱实验结果表明: 与粘胶纤维相比, 加入发光配合物后的粘胶纤维对紫外光有明显的吸收.
