针对高炉煤气全干法除尘系统酸性气体含量高,容易造成煤气管网及其附属设备严重腐蚀的问题,首钢京唐公司采用了喷水(碱液)中和、降温方法,并加强管道保温和管道设备内的防腐等措施,对减少腐蚀取得了良好效果。
The dry dedusting system of blast furnace gas has higher acid gas content and it brings about a serious problem of corrosion for the gas pipe network and the ancillary equipment.In Shougang Jingtang Company a water(lye) spray cooling system was adopted.Meanwhile,other measures,such as strengthening pipe insulation and corrosion-resistance of pipeline equipment were also employed.The corrosion problem for the dry dedusting system has been resolved with good results.
