研究了氧化铝粉浆的固相含量及预烧温度、氧化铝基底块体成形工艺对用于制作全瓷冠桥的计算机辅助设计/加工(CAD/CAM) &In-Ceram玻璃渗透氧化铝陶瓷复合体性能的影响.结果表明,采用凝胶铸成形的毛坯比等静压成形的强度要高,其中固相含量55%(体积分数)、预烧温度1350 ℃、凝胶铸成形组强度较高,达到553 MPa.
The fabrication process of glass infiltrated alumina ceramics (CAD/CAM&In-ceram alumina), such as solid loading, presintered temperature and forming method, was investigated. The result indicates that the bending strength of gel-casting samples is higher that that of CIP samples, and the 1350 ℃ pre-sintered gel-casting sample with 55 vol% solid loading has a bending strength as high as 553 MPa.
