扇形段是板坯连铸机的重要和关键设备,对铸坯内部质量和形状缺陷有重要影响;板坯连铸机的维修成本及检修周期也是由扇形段正常使用寿命决定的。首钢迁钢经过3年多的技术攻关研究,针对扇形段暴露的问题利用6σ、PDCA等管理方法,采取了有效措施,使得扇形段的在线寿命大幅度地提高,同时铸坯质量稳定,达到了国内同行业先进水平。
Segments are important and key equipments of slab continuous caster, and have a major impact on shape and internal quality defects of the slab. Slab caster maintenance costs and repair cycle are also determined by the normal lifetime of the segment. For the problems exposed by segment, it took Shougang Qiangang more than three years to research technically, management methods of 6σ, PDCA etc. were used, effective measures were taken to make the online lifetime of segment to be increased substantially and slab quality was kept stable. An advanced level for the lifetime of segment has already been reached in the same industry.
