介绍了α-TCP水化反应热力学基础及动力学模型,总结了原料粒度、水化温度、水化初始pH值等因素对α-TCP水化反应的影响;综述了α-TCP在制备骨水泥、羟基磷灰石晶须等方面的应用;提出了利用α-TCP水化反应,通过控制水化初始pH值等因素,制备羟基磷灰石晶须原位增强的磷酸钙基生物材料的设想.
