通过对某城市供热管网的不锈钢波纹管膨补 偿器进行现场腐蚀环境调查及实验室分析测试,结果表明,补偿器井内的水介质污染严重, 又处于高温,有利于细菌的繁殖生长,同时,Cl-及SO2-4含量较高.导致了304不 锈钢补偿器发生了晶间腐蚀、点蚀、细菌腐蚀以及应力腐蚀等不同的腐蚀并提出建议.
Corrosion case history of a stainless steel compensa tor in a heating system of a city were analized with field survey and laborat ory tests.The temperature of the compancator well was rather high.Water in th e well was polluted seriously with higher Cl- and SO2-4 content.The co ndition of high temperature and humidity is very favourable for multiplying and growing of bacterial.Hence the corrosivity of the water in the compensator well is very severe.The result indicates that 304 stainless steel compensator suffere d from intergranular corrosion,pitting corrosion,stress corrosion,biocorrosion i n the high temperature polluted water in well.
