连铸机支持辊再生辊套使用4个月发生4种不同类型的表面缺陷而失效。其中有两种缺陷的形成是与堆焊工艺有关。支持辊运行过程中卡钢促成另两种缺陷的产生。
The regenerated sleeves were failed in the occurrence of four different types of surface defects after having been used for four months. The formation of the two defects were related to the procedure of bead weld. The jamming of workpiece during the working of backup rollers are led to the other types of defects.
