利用分子设计的方法,以2,7-二羟萘为原料,利用四步反应合成出含有醚键和萘环结构的双马来酰亚胺单体(BMPN)。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)等方法表征了单体结构。利用热重分析(TG)研究了新型BMPN树脂的耐热性能。研究结果发现,新型BMPN树脂的Te是477.1℃,且在700℃时的残炭量高达63.8%。说明萘环的引入可以很好地弥补由于醚键引入带来的耐热性能的损失,提高高温条件下的残炭量。和N,N′-4,4′-二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺树脂(BMP)树脂相比,BMPN树脂的热分解速率也有降低。
Bismaleimide containing ether linkage and naphthalene(BMPN) was synthesized from 2,7-dihydroxynaphthalene and p-chloronitrobenzene by four-step method.The monomer of bismalemide was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR) and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1H-NMR).The thermal stability of BMPN resin was studied by thermogravimetry(TG) measurements at a heating rate of 10 ℃/min in N2.The results indicate that Te of BMPN rsin is 477.1 ℃ and the anaerobic char yield is 63.8% at 700 ℃.It is illuminated that introduction of naphthalene can make up the loss of thermal properties due to the introduction of ether linkage and increases the anaerobic char yield at 700 ℃.Compared to BMP resin,thermal degradation rate of BMPN resin decreases.
