粒点测量是PVC材料制造质量控制的重要环节,选择合适的测量方法不仅能提供检测效率,也能有效降低检测的成本.本文对不同的粒点测量方法的卡方进行分析,通过分析,确定将人工目测作为粒点检测的方法.本文利用Kappa分析了不同人员组织的测量系统的有效性和一致性.根据计算的Kappa值,不同人员组成的粒点测量系统的有效性和一致性是满足要求的.
