噻唑类化合物具有广泛的生物活性,已成为国内外学者研究的重要课题.阐述了噻唑类化合物各种合成方法,有Hantzsch合成法、高碘试剂合成法、异硫氰酸酯合成法、固相树脂合成法、二羰基化合物合成法、芳醛与胺缩合氧化法、负载试剂合成法等,并指出了其中一些合成方法的优缺点.最后对噻唑化合物的研究方向作了简要的展望.
