本文基于热质概念和热-流比拟将固体导热问题转化为热子气的流动问题,研究了纳米梯形板导热的热整流现象.采用Monte Carlo数值模拟揭示了梯形微通道内气流的整流比随通道夹角的变化规律,并以此分析了纳米梯形板导热的热整流规律,与文献中的分子动力学模拟结果符合较好,从而验证了热子气模型的有效性.通过分析压差驱动力与壁面摩擦阻力随梯形通道夹角的变化关系初步揭示了纳米梯形板热整流效应的机制.
