本文以水热自发成核BSO晶体作为培养料,4.0 mol/L NaOH溶液为矿化剂,采用水热法成功生长出无色BSO晶体,测试了其透过率曲线,并探讨分析了BSO晶体赋色的原因.结果表明:水热法BSO晶体在可见光区基本不存在明显的吸收,解决了熔体法BSO晶体所存在的赋色问题.
